SSDCA New Puppy Owner Membership
  • Please complete the application below.  
  • Upon approval the Puppy Owner membership will be valid for one year.
  • Puppy Owners do not have voting rights in the SSDCA but may submit photos for the calendar and will have access to the SSDCA members Facebook page for the duration of their membership.
  • If the Puppy Owner desires, they may apply to become a full SSDCA member by completing the New Member Form and fulfilling the membership requirements explained there.  This may be done before the completion of the 1-year Puppy membership if they choose to do so.

The SSDCA is governed by it's CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS which were adopted by the membership in 1993.
